BELLSET No. 15


Bellset, of wooden construction, used with:-

  1. For C.B.S. No. 2 and 3 systems: with Telephone, No. 4.  Diagram C.B.S. 590.

  2. For very long lines on Automatic systems: with Telephone, No. 134. Diagram A.T. 788.

  3. For Magneto "condensered" systems: with Telephone, No. 4 and Generator No. 3AN, or No. 4CN, or No. 8AN. Diagram C.B.S. 590.

  4. Repeater, Telephonic No. 9A on CBS No's 2 & 3 and Magneto systems.

The housing is called a Case No. 1 and could be constructed of American Walnut, Black Chuglam, Pyinma, Halou, Tasmanian Myrtle or African Mahogany.

Made by Ericsson - their Model No. N3092A.

Introduced circa 1914 and was superseded by the Bellset No. 31 by 1946.

Bellset includes (1928):-
1 x Bell, No. 1A, unmounted.
1 x Coil, Induction, No. 12.
1 x Condenser, M.C. No. 30 (prior to 1932).
1 x Condenser, M.C. 102 (1932 onwards).
