Bakelite table table telephone for use in Automatic areas on shared service (separate metering) extension plans.

The telephone has provision in the Bakelite case moulding for 1 or 3 press buttons.

L11579.A1 was supplied to the New Zealand PO as their model HB660 Ivory.
L11579.A2 was supplied to the BPO as their Telephone No. 312L (Mark 3A) Ivory.
L11579.B1 was supplied to the BPO as their model Telephone No. 314F (Mark 2A) Ivory.
