end-for use on nuts 3/16" across flats - is covered with insulating material, whilst the other end is knurled to provide a grip when the spanner is in use. Internal diameter of tube is sufficient to accommodate a Screwdriver, Instrument. No.
4. The screwdriver and spanner are used for the locking nut and contact screws of A.E.Co.'s and W.E.Co's. line and cut-off relays.

spring lever which projects from the switch. Used with a Screwdriver, instrument, No.
