RECEIVER, INSET No. 4T


The Receiver, Inset No. 4T was introduced in the later 1905's and used on all the 700 type telephones.

It is a rocking armature type receiver, which was a major constructional change from the older types and gave superior reception.

Later Receiver, Inset No. 4's comprised of a Receiver, Inset No. 3T inserted into a plastic housing which then resembled the No. 4 - dimension wise.

The receivers resistance is 20 ohms.
