1-2/DBU/259 Called a Button, these were in
fact feet that were used on the Telephone No's 706 and 710.
Made of Vulcanised Chloroprene compound.
The 1/DBU/259 (introduced 1961) had a domed base, whilst the
2/DBU/259 (introduced 1962) had a recess. It was found that
the 1/DBU/259 slid very easily and the 2/DBU/259 was then fitted to
all telephones.

Dummy that is fitted on the top of the case of a Telephone No. 746
with a cover 1/DCO/718.
The 1/DBU/367 was fixed by a metal spring, but this was
superseded in 1969 by the 2/DBU/367 which had moulded protrusions by
which to hold the dummy in place.
