This is a plastic cased telephone in general use in New Zealand. It
was known as a 'pert'. These sets incorporate a push button keypad,
rather than a dial. Designed in England they were manufactured by Standard Telephones and Cables in New Zealand in 1982. They were also used in the UK and Ireland and called the 'Viscount'.
