This is a Hand Combination Transmitter and Receiver, portable type, somewhat similar in design to Pattern No. B660. It, however, has but a single key in the handle, is only intended for use with Pattern No. B675, and further, requires a cup-hook to be fitted near the special push (with which it is used), on which to suspend it.

This was model B104 in the 1903 Catalogue.
