Used on local bell circuits at subscribers premises connected to CBS No's
1, 2 and 3 and Magneto systems. This was a wooden cased, with a switch and indicator fitted. The Indicator is the drop flap type, which will drop on an incoming call. A local DC bell and batteries are provided and the bell is operated by a contact in the indicator. The bell can be switched on off by the switch on the front panel. The indicator flap is restored by hand. Introduced circa 1945. Made obsolete circa 1973. Comprises:- An additional condenser of 1uf could be fitted if required (Condenser No. 151).
