Block Terminals

Small Block Terminal found on the outside of buildings which is used to connect the external cable to customer cable in households and small businesses.  In areas, such as town centres, the Block Terminal would be of a larger size.

Generally not used today as most cables are fed directly into the house and terminated in a flush wall box.

Older style block used until the 1970's.

Later style block

Cover cover - used when underground cable is terminated inside the premises.
