AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE
This telephone is the same as the No. 75 except that it has a DC ringer. The telephone is entirely self-contained, the calling bell being included in the body of the instrument. The hand-combination incorporates a highly efficient transmitter of the inset type, and an equally efficient receiver. Introduced circa mid 1932. This telephone connects via three wires or 2 wires if a local earth is used. Known by GEC as the Gecophone.
