Compact style main telephone (N20129) used with extension telephones (N20130) on PAX systems.
The press key is fitted in the case to the right of the dial. In the case of a 2 button variant, the second key is fitted on the right hand side of the telephone casing, directly under the cradle.
N20130 extension telephone had a DC buzzer only and no press buttons. The buzzer was line powered.
Introduced around 1932.
The N20129A had a switch fitted for preference facilities.
