| Call and Reply Telephones Single Line Working
These instruments are specially designed for use in connection with our Central Battery Intercommunication System. They can be called by, and reply to, any station on the installation, but can only call the station with which they are associated. They are very useful and economical for stations at some distance from the main installation, where the length of cable for full intercommunication would be prohibitive, and also as subsidiary sets to any of the main instruments. The casework is of high-class polished hardwood and all terminals are enclosed. The moulded Bakelite micro-telephone has a highly efficient "inset" transmitter and all electromagnetic receiver. N1115 is fitted with a separate receiver - electro-magnetic type, and transmitter "inset" type, also the bell mechanism is inside the case.
