Plastic cased, LD table dial telephone called the Diavox.

Similar the standard Diavox telephone but fitted with recall button and two extra dial buttons, which may have a memory function.

Towards the top left of the telephone are two buttons labelled on and off.  These are used to control a headset.

The telephone is called a "Diastar".
