Dial, Automatic, Dummy


The Dial, Automatic Dummy was a circular plate that fitted the hole that would over wise have had a dial installed.  Used when no dial is initially fitted or required.

For covering dial aperture on Telephones No. 162CB.

Recessed for Label No. 159.

Diameter - 3.1".

For covering dial aperture on Mountings, Dial, Automatic No. 6, etc.  Used on switchboards and earlier supplies of Telephones No. 150CB.

Pressed steel construction.

No recess for number label.

Colour - Black only.

For covering dial aperture on Telephones Nos. 1/162..., etc. Includes Parts No's 1/SPR/1 (Protector, Label) and 1/SSP/487.

Bakelite cap with metal backing plate.

Diameter - 3.1".
