A British Ericsson C.B. candlestick phone, their Model N1350.  An earlier version used the Ericsson drum transmitter, but it was soon replaced with the solid back transmitter shown here.  A BI&H version of the Ericsson is the Telephone No. 12. 

This telephone was later reclassified as the Telephone No. 36.
