ATE and ATM
DIALS


ATM produced telephones in the UK with UK and US dials.

UK dials were supplied on all GPO contacts and a private contact specially demanded them.  Over wise, the US dial, the Type 24 would be supplied.

When plastic cased telephones were introduced ATE used the Dial No. 5 - nicknamed the Dimple Dial - on their Telephone No. 6.

Type No. 24C - T4219 / ATM Part L39298 (normally supplied with a black finger plate).
Dial No. 5 - ATE Part L11727A.
GPO Dial, Automatic No. 10 - ATE Part T4213.
